***** at Car Track

I took a package that comes with the tracking device and the camera that's about R329. Now I wanted to add a 3rd car to my profile I am being told that the package I took is R219 + R309 for the camera. I have been transferred a million times and everyone is explaining different stories. Talk about day light *****. When I request for the call recording I am being told I need to drive to their Head Offices to listen to it. I am taking this to the ombudsman
