Assuming paydates are on 25th of the month - disregard for paydates after that date

Received a call today from Cartrack asking when we are paying the account. We paid the account yesterday as its the salary pay date but obviously its not good enough for Cartrack as they haunt us every month for the payment after it was done. They also do not issue policies for the roadside assistance and will charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel which is against the law. They must have financial problems if they do debt collecting from the 1st. They also charge me R270 or one car and R199 for another car. Same account.
