Arrogant Condescending Cartrack

My car has been forcefully taken away from me after the saw me taking a video when they were taking someone's car. Only to find out that they are taxi patrolers. They are demanding R5000 to release and I told them that I don't have. I have been trying to get tracker to retrieve my car but they refused.
