Arrears

Good Day

Iam querying about an email I just received stating im in arrears in my account , to my knowledge I am not owing any amount as I have no communication of any amount in arrears and the consultant is stating I was owing payment from October 2020 and it was debited February .

my question is why was I not informed about the payments only to get an email with such an amount.

please fix your error as I will only pay what is due to be paid end of November which is our agreed subscription amount .
