Around busy festive times, visiting a busy braai facility (Seshego) with minimal parking, I set the CarWatch alert on my App to get notified if there's chancers trying to take my car. As I saw an opportunity for a better parking spot, I turned on ignition, trying to move my car and right there I was contacted to make sure that it was me and that I was safe. Normally when I opted the carwatch alert, I had never received a direct call from an agent but this time, it was different. Tlotliso Chuene assisted and really made sure I was okay before hanging.
