Appointments made by Cartrack - Poor service delivery

I made a review on hello peter and they did contact me. They made an appointment to come out and fix my camera to the windscreen and never pitched up again!!!! They phoned me and I did explain that no one came out to fix my camera. I will not recommend Cartrack at all. I was a satisfied customer for years at Tracker and they came to the party with each vehicle and appointment made. I moved over to Cartrack because of a family member that was satisfied and due to their review on Hello Peter. They can cancel their contract as they do NOT deliver the service that everyone is talking about!!!
