Appalling customer service

<p>Hi I would like to report bad service from cartrack, I reported that my Toyota Hilux was ****** and they have been of no assistance whatsover to help me in recovering my bakkie, I was only told on sunday the day I reported the car ****** that my recovery unit was unresponsive and they just told me they will send out a manhunt but till today they have not tried to contact me to help with my situation, After 11 years of paying monthly subs but when it come to help reovering my bakkie the vehicle they have failed to do so I plan to cancel all my other vehicle with this mediocre tracking company.It tuesday today and I have had nothing from them, I would like to know what exactly am I paying for?</p>
