App log ins

I am exhausted with calling in with my mother trying to get the log in details to the app! She's an elderly person and has hard time keeping track of everything, We keep calling and being told that the details will be emailed to her but that never happens!! I need someone to call the both of us and have this resolved ASAP or we'll have to cancel our services!
