app does not do live tracking of my vehicles

I recently signed up with Cartrack and made it very clear that I need live tracking as my wife has to go to remote locations to do site inspections. The rep assured me that it will be live tracking. Ever since he got me signed up and after calling me at least twice a day to me on-board, this app has not worked the way the rep told me it would from day one, this app only updates every 2 min and 20 secs which is a lot of time and anything can happen in this time. Now after complaining for about 2 months and it still does not do live tracking of my vehicles, I requested a cancellation of my 2 contracts as it does not do what I asked for and what was promised it would do, now I am told it will cost me R2650 per cancellation. I am fed up and I have asked for a manager to call me, but I am still waiting. Maybe there is something I need to do on the app, but no help comes my way. I have said that I will go to HelloPeter if the app is not sorted out but still received a cancellation fee reply.
