ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT CARTRACK

I did sign up for car track about 2,5 years ago over the phone. the line was bad but we managed. When we tried few times to locate the car , it was impossible and the site didn't work. phoned few times no-one helped. Of course, I have been paying my debit orders regularly but decided to change to another company cause this was not working . Again I phoned numerous times in very hard conditions cause I was overseas , just to learn they signed me for 3 years to the contract which I had no clue. But they said its been told over the phone and I agreed to all. This is outrages and day time *******. Eventually I stopped the debit orders with my bank but they don't stop sending me statements and asking for money. I don't know how to handle any longer . They actually trick me into this 3 year contract when I did not know. And they don't care if I heard or not over the phone. I am the customer with no satisfaction , and paid the 2 full years and a half to the service they promised and not delivered and still they want to take money even though I want to cancel.
