Anti-Cartrack

Cartrack is the worst after receiving a tracker that needed to be fixed every second month. Now it's got worst when I bought a new car after endless calls to install a new tracker in the new car. I make appointments then every time the same installer calls me with the same message saying he's coming to remove the old tracker when I said no a new one to be fitted then he's like no that's not what head office said. Then I make new appointments same story for weeks. I took my car in to Bellville branch waited for 3 hours no installer arrived, I just gave up I'm just gonna pay the cancellation fees but they are no no from me.
