Annoying Arrears calls

I had cancelled my contract about a month or two ago. Before then, I reversed two debit orders because I was not happy with the deduction amount because I was charged three times the agreed amount for the roadside assistance. This information I got from them. Since then, I have been getting calls on my overdue payment (reversed debit orders) which I have responded that I am willing to pay provided they clarify and give reasons why I was overcharged. I wrote to them on their WhatsApp page three times and they have not responded. I have emailed to them at least twice and they still have not responded but instead, they just keep calling me for the erreas... I have been explaining the same matter to them and I was told they have escalated it and yet, I get the calls.

The second issue is that I was blacklisted by them for non-payment, fair enough I guess, but I have since paid the overdue amount and yet, I was told that they need about 1800 rands to clear my name and also, if that is not paid, my vehicle will not be recovered unless I pay, ... check this out, 25000 rands. 🤔

These are the two reasons I decided to quit them and they have demonstrated that they don't care because they have not had the audacity to respond to my query... perhaps they will, who knows.
