Angry client

Cartrack is so useless, called them on the 3rd of July to remove a unit from a car that was involved in a car accident but to date they have not removed it and now they wanna charge me for something they failed to do. Each and every day I must call them using my own money, no follow up or whatsoever. Now they will debit me for services I don't get. Some of their consultants are hanging calls on me 🚮 I'm so tired of cartrack
