*********** and unprofessional Tracker

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional!!! Arranged for a Fitment with a Date and Time, it came and went and no one bothered to call or come, called the Fitment centre only to be told they cant help me its outside there office hours, called another number to be transferred from one *********** person to the next. I then ******* them and pretended I was a new customer and completed a website enquiry and pronto my phone rang told the salesman the whole scpeel and he promised he would escalate it with his manager I must send him an email which I did, the Manager called apologised profusely and I said its now past the grace period I was given by my Insurance he said dont worry I have arranged for them to come Fit it and again no one came and no one called, this unprofessional service went on for weeks until I called Netstar so so Professional a day later my tracker was installed and 4 months later I am still getting whats apps at 2 o clock in the Morning from Tracker to say they tried to call me to arrange a FItment , when you reply to the whats app a Bot replies how can we be of assistance and no staff monitor the replies. Thank you Netstar you are so professional and it actually worked out well for me that Tracker are so ***********.
