*********** and stupid employees

Disappointment is an understatement, yesterday I called in reporting that my husband was hijacked in my car, the person I spoke to advised that she'll escalate it and get back to me, a few minutes later she called me and advised that they can't send anyone as she isn't sure that he was hijacked, I tried explaining to the idiot what transpires, she kept on giving me the location of the vehicle and I kept on telling her that I don't want the location as I can see it on my phone I need assistance to be dispatched to get to him. Lucky enough the hijackers let him go as they were starting to become suspicious because I kept on calling him non stop. Now my husband lost his valuables and my items that were in the car because of an *********** stupid staff, we want our things to be reimbursed and I am going to make sure that I take this matter to the media as well.
