Am i going to wait forever to get a call back

Good Day<br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of someone from cartrack to sort out an issue, but I get told a sales agent will call me back and never do. I have two car track units, but I have sold the one car last year and I am still paying for that unit. I have now bought a motorbike and would like to inquire if that unit can be collected out the car as I don't have the R850 to cancel the contract and place it on my motorbike. I can't see why this could be an issue since I am still paying for a unit and can't even utilize the services.<br> <br> Could someone please call me so this can be sorted out otherwise it's easy to change bank details then I don't need to make payments anymore and could rather move to another tracking company.<br> <br> Beverley Clulee<br> ***
