Always debit late and do double debits.

I am so ****ed with car tracker, I recently installed new devices on both my cars with them after my husband canceled with them due to late debits, and I gave them my benefit of the doubt, only to be dissapointed, they double debited in June and I called for a refund they told me that I should wait they have logged a ticket, n call after 15 days, I did call again after 15 days, they requested for proof of payment, which I sent, Ive been calling n they are taking me from pillar to post, they say there is no direct line to their finance department.

I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

THEY CONTINUED TO DEBIT AGAIN THIS MONTH, WITHOUT MY REFUND.
