Always after money

I called in this morning requesting for cancellation of my contract, a friendly consultant assisted me with the whole process, less than 1 minute after my cancellation I received about 10 calls after that from the accounts department demanding to make a payment arrangement for the cancellation fee. Please get your act straight. This is the exact reason why I requested for cancellation. Always after money!!!
