Alandzo Rogerson's service was excellent but I was disappointed at Cartracker as a company for securing with me an appointment for installation today and fail to honor it

Alandzo Rogerson's service was excellent but I was disappointed at Cartracker as a company for securing with me an appointment for installation today and fail to honor it.They could not even inform me of the cancelation.I had to call them checking exact time they will be coming to me only to find out that they have canceled the appointment. It was a huge inconvenience for me because I shifted all my plans just for Cartracker's appointment. I'm disappointed. I thank Alandzo Rogerson though, who then secured a new appointment for next Friday for me.
