Agreement breaker

My name is Thoko Mnomiya Matlou. My dad passed on last year June 2024 who was the policy holder with Car track ,as a next office kin I was contacted by the office and consultant said I can continue with it under my name. The agreed amount was R157 but to my surprise Car track started to deduct more than the agreed monthly premium.
