After trying to get my account statement for the past 3 weeks I got a call from Eunice Bapela today regarding my debit order, I then explained to her that in order to make payment I need to see my account statement aa I had made a payment in October which Cartrack couldn't say if allocated or not as other agents did not bother to ask the right questions. In about 20 minutes, Eunice was able to send me the statement and talk me through the transactions.
