After being a client for 4 years, October 2023 payment was not allocated and more than 5 agents could not assist and made false promises, after Wasila Davids from cartrack called me she resolved my query within 3 days and this was going on for the past 4 months, if I had to rate cartrack as a company I would give a 2 star rating due to the extremely bad service for the past 4 months, but the agent Wasila Davids deserves a 5 star rating
