After a quick vehicle recovery, I had to get a few documents from Cartrack to assist my insurance. The problem was that the account was in a relative's name who passed away 3 months ago. Ms Bonakele Ndlovu assisted me with a chance of ownership and getting all requested documentation swiftly. Although the theft of my vehicle caused major inconvenience, Cartrack really saved me.
