Actively trying to get rid of their loyal customers

I got a new vehicle, really liked the service I got with Cartrack. So I wanted to move my unit from the one car to the other. They told me it will be around R1500. I only have a few months left on my contract so I told them it would be cheaper for me to cancel my contract and move to one of their competitors. They told me it is what it is. So I'm moving. They don't seem to want to keep a loyal customer
