Accounts Dept - unauthorised debit orders.

I AM FURIOUS. I used to be an employee, so I was patient until now. Cartracmk Accounts dept enabled a debit order THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I have made my normal monthly payment, after they promised it will not debit again. Now for two months I have made payment AND a debit order was deducted.

I have spent a lot of time on the phone with the accounts department, and if they listen to the call recordings they will know I did not agree to this. Come Monday, I will take this further if not resolved. This feels like *****, and I have hundreds less in my pocket due to them.

I cannot explain how angry I am.
