accounts department threating customer

This has been ongoing now since december 2021. Get threatened for payment from a call centre agent. Calls been logged, tickets been logged. Stated in december i want to cancel the contract because they dont want to acknowledge the wrong doing. still today not cancelled and still demanding payment.
