Accounts department not up to scratch!
So a debit order went off unpaid I paid it the next day and the debit order went through the day thereafter. Then I got invoiced for service twice the same month. I requested a refund. Said it would take 14 working days and they advised they can use the extra funds for the next month. Thia did not happen. So this month I did not have funds for order yet they deducted as soon as funds came in AFTER I have phoned them yet again to rectify the statement SO now I overpaid them for 2 months. HOW LONG NOW FOR THEM TO REFUND?!
