Accounts Department - cant do their job

Few months ago i made payment, the following day they debited same amount and it took forever to get that 2nd payment back. It has happened again, i paid yesterday and this morning they debited again 2nd payment. And i know to get this money back will take forever and this is the last money i had in my account to buy food this weekend. Are the people in the accounts department sleeping? I want my R229 today no excuses.
