Accounts department assistance - top notch
Recently started a contract with Cartrack and service I received was great. Then it was time for the debit order to go off and - boom - double debit on the first payment. Contacted them today to find out why and was assisted by Samkelisiwe. What a pleasure. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Contract started a bit rocky but she truly made up for it with her service. Great work. Now just focus on actually replying to emails send by clients
