Accounting useless, dont have a clue what is happening

Good when it comes to sales. But after sales is useless. Made payment on my account and 3 days after still deducted a debit order twice in one day. Did phoned to find out for a reason but cannot give me a awnser. Now i must wait before they can picked up the problem and hopefully phone me back and knows they wont.
