Accountability

I was driving to church with my brother on the 11th of March 2017 and one of Cartrack's drivers rolled into my car and damanged my front umper and number plate. He put on his hazards and drove off, we followed him, stopped next to his car to make him aware of what he did and was with 2 other men in the car and started passing threatning comments, we took his registration and drove off. I went to report this incident a the police station, and also called his Cartrack to double check the vehicle belonged to them. They confirmed this and also confirmed that the vehicle NISSAN NP200 1.6 P/U S/C [1400/NP200] BZ45SJGP was indeed at that location at the time I advised we had the accident. Cartrack referred me to their Insurers, "Quicksure they requested all the paperwork I submiited all of it and later they referred their attorneys to me to advise that the driver denies the accident and therefore my claim is "repudiated." I am disappointed at the fact that they are taking their drivers side in all this when their own product confirmed the car was at the place of the accident and also when I was driving to a church revival and got threatned by him hence I took down his number. I need appeal this and have a discussion with the managers to discuss further.
