Account payments

I regret the day i joined cartrack, I've been paying for my tracking device i never skipped any payment suddenly they are saying my service is suspended i should pay R66 i don't know its for what because my account is up to date, how come my service can be suspended while im paying my account i have all the proof of payments with me. Is this a **** or what? Because they create unnecessary problems for their customers.
