Account in Arrears while having a Debit Order?????

Due to a system glitch my debit order stopped deducting from my account. Now my account is in arrears and I am on the verge of being blocked. If someone did not send me a mail I would not have known about it.

There is also not any way for me to see how far I am in arrears. From my Bank Statements I can see that there was an amount deducted from my account in Feb, so I am not even convinced that this issue is a debit order glitch.
