account in arrears

Not a happy customer...had 3 different consultants from collection department calling me and explaining to them I don't owe cartrack yet last night I got billed for what I have explaining over and over to them. I am totally ****ed cause your consultants promised to call back, even today I am still waiting but I get billed. This is not a good way of making business
