Abusive, unprofessional and bullying when you Cancel policy. Do not get involved with them in the 1st place.

I had Insurance with Cartrack for close to 4 years. I called to cancel my Insurance after I sold my car.

Few months later I realized they were still collecting unauthorised debit orders on my account; I'd reverse the amount and they would change amount then continue attempting to collect debit orders which I'd reverse until I went to the bank to block the debit orders as they were unauthorized.

I started getting multiple calls from them (verified caller ID identified by TrueCaller to be CarTrack) almost every day when I answer no one responds on the other end; they've been continuing with this abusive behavior for months. Every time I block their number, they call with a different one (I've blocked more 15 of their numbers).
