Abuse of power by car track

I have tried on numerous occasions since last year to remove and reinstall a tracking unit and i have made payment required but never received any assistance. All I get is call from the agent that i owe car track which i never received any services

this is maybe my 6th, if not 7th, time complaining about this issue and promises have been made but nothing has materialized. and why am I not being refunded since my request was not done till today
