ABUSE FROM CARTRACK

I have received nothing but abuse from this company for the past 3 months. One of the consultants phoned me to and I told them that I wanted to cancel as I had no longer need their services. She told me to send her an email and that they will debit my account in order to initiate the cancelation. I agreed and the debit order went off.

However after canceling they debited my account again just last week. Not only that, i have been getting numerous calls about my so called account beinh in arears which by the way i cancelled a while ago. They even phone me on a Sunday so basically it's everyday.

When I was involved in an accident, no one from car track phoned me meaning they did not detect any impact at all from their side. This is just another one of the reasons that I am canceling.

I am really done with car track, if I get one more call from them I will lose it. All they no is to debit my account and I really need them to leave me alone.
