Absolutely unprofessional service from Cartrack technicians !!

I'm incredibly frustrated with the service I've received. The technicians failed to show up not once, but twice to have my tracker fitted in my vehicle. First occasion was on a Monday at 8am and nobody pitched up. I waited for half an hour and then called to query only to find out that they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled for today and yet again; it was a no-show with no communication from the team whatsoever. I had to then once again take it upon myself to contact Cartrack to find out what is going on just to find out that they will not be coming. Both times, I waited, only for no-one to arrive. This has been a complete waste of my valuable time and has caused significant inconvenience to myself as well as my work life. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable!!!
