Absolutely TERRIBLE

I am not even giving them a 1 star. I have never in my life seen this type of BAD service and such stupidity working there. I had to fit a cartrack for my insurance and they made it a 3 year contract. We trade in our vehicle in every 2 years we got a new bakkie and we never knew there was a cartrack in, so now we are paying for 2 trackers from cartrack and they said the new tracker was a cash deal they can cancel it but wr have to pay R2500 for the cancel. So the previous bakkie we are paying AND the new owner is also paying. Our insurance has it's own tracker fitted, my husband was Retrenched in July and we anaged to use all our savings to pay our debt we phoned and asked to please give some time or a payment arrangement and it was accepted but they keep calling 3 times a day. We asked about the cancelation of the "cash deal" device and they decided to put a stop order on our bank account for R2500 that we NEVER authorized. I will NEVER EVER EVER!!!!! Use them again.
