Absolutely SHOCKING

Do not install these trackers into any trailer that does not have an battery connection, CarTrack would have you believe that the connection to the vehicle is sufficient, after installing the trackers on the indicators and brake system on the trailer they still cannot find my trailers. after keeping the trailers out of "rentals" for three days they came back with technicians to say that we must tell all our clients to switch their headlights on otherwise they won’t work, I have subsequently cancelled the tracking service with CarTrack as they still cannot find the trailers.

I would like challenge CarTrack to find the trailers and remove the devices and NOT CHARGE ME a cancellation fee for something that doesn't work since day 1 I have emails to and fro to his effect...

A trailer is logged as to be in Knysna but its standing in my yard behind our offices.

I can guarantee you I will receive the CORPRATE response to this review.

You cannot charge a cancellation fee of R8000 (x3) per tracker if I did not receive the service you promised, since day 1…… you have already charged me for 2 months that these trackers have not worked. (emails regarding this can be obtained from my Attorney below)
