ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! NO CLIENT SERVICE

Yesterday i received a call from your accounts dept at about 16:30, just got back from taking my kid to the doctor as the guy spoke i asked if he could call me back today to which he rep**** WHY DID I NOT TELL HIM THAT 30 seconds AGO!!. Flipping rude individual.. you are not doing me any favours and can keep your service with people like that working for you.. I dnt want to be a part of that type of service.
