Absolutely Pathetic Service

I am holding 10 units between my business and private and trying to add another vehicle. Cartrack is just not coming back to me after numerous phone calls and every time they promise someone will call me. Needles to say no response. Absolutely shocking service! If they cannot even add a simple unit to a new vehicle how are they going to recover any vehicle if I report it. Very concerning customer. Copies the CEO Joshua Victor now as well as it will be better to move my business back to Bidtrack.
