Absolutely NO SERVICE ETIQUETE. USELESS!!

Absolutely useless and no service whatsoever!!!! Double debited me beginning of August. First promised a refund. Then I get a call saying that a refund can take anything from 7 to 40 days so they will ensure my September Debit Order is not debited. Well GUESS WHAT???? I GOT DEBITED AGAIN!!! I DEMAND A REFUND NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the first time I have had horrific service from Car Track.
