Absolutely disgusting service from Carttrack

Absolutely disgusting service from Carttrack. I already have multiple contracts with them, yet they constantly call to market more products and services even after I specifically requested not to be contacted for sales calls.

Today I received another call from Nobile. When I asked to speak to a manager regarding the ongoing harassment, I was transferred to Mukelwa, who listened to my complaint and then simply put the phone down on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I then had to call back and spoke to Sibusiso Gumede, who at least attempted to assist, but still avoided allowing me to speak to a manager.

This company has become an absolute nightmare to deal with. The customer service is shocking, the communication is disrespectful, and clearly customer concerns mean nothing to them.

At this point, cancel my services and come collect your hardware. I’d rather take my business elsewhere than continue dealing with this level of incompetence and disrespect.
