I am absolutely disgusted and shocked by Cartrack! Today I was informed that I apparently owe R84,900, and I have no idea how this amount was even calculated. This is outrageous, completely unjustified, and feels like nothing short of daylight *******.

This situation caused me severe emotional distress and nearly resulted in a panic attack. There was no proper communication, no breakdown of charges, nothing that explains how such an insane figure came to be. It’s beyond unacceptable.

Cartrack, you need to urgently explain how this amount was calculated and stop threatening people with these ridiculous figures. I am escalating this matter and will not rest until I receive proper clarity and this issue is resolved.

I would strongly warn others to be very careful when dealing with this company. What’s happened here is deeply disturbing. I have the pictures to confirm the email the agent sent me
