Absolutely Disgusted and Deeply Disappointed with Cartrack!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Cartrack’s pathetic service!

It’s been over 2 month since I reported that my battery removal notification wasn’t working. I was told a technician would contact me to sort it out, that never happened.

Now my car battery has been ******, and of course, I received no notification at all, just like I reported from the start. What exactly am I paying for if the system doesn’t even perform its most basic function?

Cartrack is quick to take monthly payments but completely useless when it comes to providing the service promised. I’ve called, followed up, and waited, all for nothing.

This experience has been an absolute joke, and I’m seriously considering cancelling my subscription. Cartrack has failed me completely.
