Absolutely disappointing rude consultant she refused to transfer me to a supervisor instead **** and transferred me to another consultant I did a change of ownership for a unit for my new vehicle and on the first day the device needs to be repared fyi its not even a 2year old device. There are no supervisors to assist or even a complaints line.
