About to expose CarTrack

I am turning to Hello Peter for a response before I turn to twitter, posting the shocking implementation the of CarTrack GPS.<br> <br> I am actually trying to get hold of Zak Calisto, the CEO, because as a Portfolio Manager I understand the reputational damage this can cause.<br> <br> The tracking device was installed in my Toyota Hilux about two months ago.<br> <br> On Saturday the supposed to be hidden away GPS device just fell out below the airbag towards the passengers feet.<br> <br> Anyone *****ing the car would basically only have to cut the wires and drive off - but I have to pay this excessive compulsory premium monthly to a company who is supposed to be experts in their field.<br> <br> Do they even spend money on R&D to innovate the products?<br> <br> This service proves that I am wasting my hard earned money, piling it into a company focusing on volume growth and not sustainability.<br> <br> CarTrack has no moat in the industry.<br> <br> I am leaving the device as is, I expect CarTrack to respond and fix the problem ASAP, as they would be liable for the consequences should my car get ******<br> <br> <br>
