was handed over to ITC coz the account was not paid. The account was paid up to date and was confirmed then was told that it was not up to date however the statement that they gave me says update and now I owe them the same amount and the there debits going off as per normal every month. They do not want you to speak to the manager they are always in a meeting or not at their desk and when you advise them that they need to listen to the calls they do not want to but the calls are recorded?
