A TOTAL *******

I had a contract with them and around September I advised them that due to my financial standing ; I had to sell my car and would like to cancel their contract and stop debiting my account. .and was advised I had to pay +/-R1700 to cancel or continue paying until the end of the 36 months term, which I find ridiculous.and they refuse to give me their complaints department contact details or send the sale call recording. . This week I received an email threatening to hand me over . BUT I ASKED FOR THIS TO BE CANCELLED , I do not have the car any more.
